I recently ran into an issue with 2k23 next-gen. It will not allow me into the game. It will start up then kick me out. Can you help me. I already restarted my xbox and unplugged it and plugged it back in.

Similar issue happened to me. But, I have an XBox OneS. I bought the early release digital copy and it hasn’t allowed me to go online since we got it. I’ve got with 2K support and no resolve. I’ve also got with Microsoft support and no resolve. After and hour and change tonight, I simply asked for a refund, since they couldn’t deliver on what I paid for. They told me that “It was more complicated than that.” That because Microsoft was having a meeting with 2K, I couldn’t get a refund because they may figure out what was keeping me offline, for nearly a month now! I’m done with Microsoft and XBox, I’m going back to PlayStation where things are far more reliable. Thanks for not following through with the simplest aspect of customer service…Ensure your product works OR have no problem refunding the money, if it doesn’t!

Hey well don’t contact Xbox because all they will do is tell you to do a bunch of troubleshooting and then it won’t work. Oh and don’t try to ask for a refund because apparently that is a really difficult thing that can’t be done without a manager that is in a meeting for THREE DAYS STRAIGHT.
