    2fa on Xbox One S


    Hello--

    I have been trying to connect to 2fa for several months on my XBox One S. I have tried to set up through Epcic Games and have tried several times seeting up new passwords and account through Epic Games website, however they continue to tell me my TTVGhost082001
    is a "headless" account.

    How do I gain access to 2fa and tie it to my XBox Account of TTVGhost082001?

    Thank you for your reply.

    We have done all of this and have the authentication app on the phone however there is nowhere in the xbox one settings which allows us to use two step authentication. We have gone into every selectable option on xbox live but there is nothing. What my son
    really wants is the 2fa to work so that he can participate in the competitive events. We have also followed the instructions on epic games but the problem seems to be that the actual xbox doesnt allow for 2fa hence my question is whether the console is the
    problem and needs to be upgraded to a newer model?

    Are you trying to download your profile on the 360 emulator on the One? or did you remove your profile from the One side of things?

    If you are on the 360 emulator turn off 2FA first then add your account back on the 360 emulator then turn back on the 2FA
