    On xbox.com, I get this error whenever I am logged in and click on the "My Account" button.

    I preordered “The Woman King” and have yet to be able to watch the movie. It only gives the option to watch trailer that’s it .

    It tells me that I will be able to watch it at 10pm on Nov 21,2022. It won’t allow me to watch it. And I’ve pre ordered plenty of movies and they work just fine. Just this one won’t work. I think I’m entitled to a REFUND for repurchase.
