28 hour profile suspension

My profile was suspended at about midnight last night for 28 hours for it supposedly containing inappropriate content (which seems to be because of my gamerpic which was just me and my girlfriend FULLY CLOTHED). I tried applying for review, but the option
just doesn't appear, is there any way to contact someone from the xbox enforcement team to just have it looked at by a person? I honestly don't believe I've violated any terms of service. I understand the suspension is extremely short, but I don't want this
black mark against my name.

P.S. I've tried contacting xbox support, but they've informed me that they don't have the ability to do anything beyond look at the vague details that I already know.

"Apply for Review" not an option for Case Review

not all suspensions are case reviewable

If it's a 28 hour no as it takes longer then 48hours

Also suspensions due tonextensionsnduentonpsst violations aren't reviewable

Unfortunately since the suspension is so short it is not eligible for a case review because the review would take longer than the suspension. There is no other way to contact them so all you can do is wait it out.

 

But it was a wrongful enforcement, I don't mind if it does take longer than the suspension - it would take a minute for someone to look at my profile to say it's A-ok...

 

Submitting a case review is the only way to contact the enforcement team to have them look over it again. Since it is not eligible for a review, there is nothing else that can be done.

 

The fella at xbox support said that xbox enforcers could look at my case by me making a post on the forums.

 

Unfortunately support gave you incorrect information. The enforcement team stopped using the forums a couple of years ago when they created the enforcement site.

 

That is such a terrible setup, so pretty much anyone can just get their buddies to mass-report something and they can ban people for a day with no way to appeal it.
