272,000 gamerscore disappeared

Hello there,

Don't worry, this is a common issue that has been happening for a year or two. I know it's scary at first, but I promise you it will eventually return. Sometimes it can be a couple of hours and other times it can be up to a week. I had lost around 40,000
last year and it came back within 24 hours.

Just be patient and everything will return back to normal.

I wanted to revisit this for anyone who is searching this problem of missing gamerscore. Tonight, the Xbox servers finally figured things out and all of my gamerscore is showing correctly. It took exactly seven days for this issue to resolve itself.

If this happens to you, it will work its way to where it should be. It is kind of scary though!

Sorry, my english is not very good, yes my problem is all my gamerscore of all xbox one game has disappeared, only xbox one game has disappeared, not 360, for example have normaly 218k gamerscore, but now have 76k (its only gamerscore of 360)

My history completely disappeared too, but my gamerscore is safe so far. But my friend unlocked an achievement and his gamerscore completely reset...

2k of my gamerscore disappeared lol thats all ive noticed so far.
