    2625 gamerscore gone missing


    This morning I opened my Xbox One and found my gamerscore decreased a lot. About 7-8 hours ago my gamerscore is 150806 but now its only 148181, 2625 gamerscore lost.

    Last played game with gamerscore is Wolfenstein 2, gamerscore 150806 checked then, about 7-8 hours ago.

    Contacted a support for investigating, followed some steps trying to fix it, but it did't work. Waiting for some time to fix it. If anyone has met the problem before, please help.

    Missing Gamerscore

    So recently i had gotten 16,700 gamerscore and a couple hours later i lost 60 of that 16,700. I dont know why or how but it was gone. I played some more games and got almost all 60 back but there is still some missing plus the recent achivements i got.
    I want to know if there is ANY way to find my missing gamerscore and how i can get it back.

    My xbox live profile is gone

    I downloaded my live profile to my friends console and all of my Gamerscore is gone from both my xbox and xbox.com. My profile on my xbox is missing and and I can't use my save games or any downloaded content

    2625 gamerscore gone missing

    If there is no gs correction listed on enforcement.xbox.com it is likely a glitch that quite a few people have had. It should correct itself within a few days.

    Yep its just a glitch should sort itself out in 72 hours or so Ive been told. Atleast your only missing a small amount. I am currently missing 70-90K

    This is a very odd issue, BlestDemon Del. If you are certain that no Enforcement action was taken against your account and this issue persists I might get in touch with phone support to see if they can shed some light on the situation.
