    $25 Xbox Live pin doesn't work


    My $25 Xbox Live PIN number purchased from a local store comes up with 'This code is for another region. Take it back to where you got it from and see if you can get one for your region'. Problem I have, they won't help, he just said Sorry & I cannot seem
    to find any phone number for Xbox support .

    I got the xbox series x on a contract deal with Vodacom.

    It gave me a free 6 months game pass voucher. And going through the steps to activate the voucher ,in order to get the 25 digit pin,on the website it says it doesn't recognise my xbox serial nr

    When adding an account I keep being asked for console pin. No idea what this is please can you help?

    It really is quite a strange case, I suggest you try to delete the PIN, press the Xbox  button to open the panel.
    Go to Profile & System > Settings > Account > Login, Security & PIN > Delete My PIN. If that doesn't work I believe you should format your console to see if the option disappears from your Xbox.

    When it asks for a pin is this because it is trying to set up "Windows Hello"? If so I have this issue where logging into my work device with the Xbox App it tries to setup Windows Hello and askes for my PIN which is rejected despite it being correct.
    The irony is my work device doesn't support windows hello. So far been unable to get it working
