    Yes, it's a 25 digit code. I typed the code a couple of times and nothing. The same error all the time.

    Sorry to hear you are running into this problem. In this case what it's asking you to do is to reach out to the retailer being that the code was not properly activated.

    If you are unable to get assistance through the retailer go ahead and
    Contact Xbox Support     for more help.

    Where did you buy the game ? Usually game codes come in console bundles. Did you buy it separate ?

    You would need to contact the retailer you purchased it from to have them activate the code. It can also take up to 24 hours to fully activate. If that does not work, you'll need to contact support. http://support.xbox.com/contact-us
