24K gold Xbox “add 5 friends” not working?

I’ve added 5 friends but it still shows 0%

I also looked at cheap HDMI 4k capable cables, they are 24k gold, and 10.2Gbps so not that much different.

As far as I am aware the promotion for the 24k gold Xbox One ended a while ago? The winner even posted an unboxing video and later resold it on Ebay.

If we're talking about the same promotion, that will explain why the progress tracker no longer works.

User quest progress was still being tracked before the tracking site launched so there shouldn't be reason to worry
