    Hi,

    I was just wondering why i get a 24 hr ban for using the word *** or *** yet my 6 yr old and myself have received messages calling us the c*#@ word yet you have people like "xothechampox" spraying the C*#@ word in BF hardline or people like oldmaterg and
    his friends spraying the isis flag which was also their clan name in BF hardline.

    I am very disappointed in microsoft for banning for petty crap that is far less a problem then allowing an isis supporter to support their crap on xbox.

    My family & myself spend a fortune on microsoft every year, so to be banned for 24hrs over something so petty (that was actually instigated by the other person who made the complaint) has really disappointed me.

    We purchase 3 of everything, as we have 3x xbox ones, and buy every new xbox when it comes out.

    We have been members for a long time!

    apologies for the frustrations but 24hr suspensions are not eligible for case review. The enforcement team does not use the forums.

    Randomly Suspended.

    My friend had this happen and then he had to wait out his 24hr suspension. Because xbox support said enforcement was different and had no number associated with it, he then l had to email the enforcement team did not respond not even after the 24hr period.

    Time is not correct.

    A 24hr suspension normally lasts about 24hrs. From the time to about the same time the next, some of the time its off. You may want to check your enforcement history to see how long the suspension was actually supposed to last for. You can try and learn
