24hr suspension? without any investigation?

So, Xbox Live automatically suspends an Xbox Live Acct based on one person's report? all because the reporter was salty/butt-hurt that a 12 yr old was owning him on NBA2K17? WOW!! And the word my child was allegedly suspended over was ****...which we hear
on cable TV daily!

SORRY I just wasted $50 on a new 12 year subscription.
