24hour ban for nothing!!!

My last thread was closed prematurely and I'm not satisfied. I was banned for nothing. I want to know what some kid says i did!!! I want this looked in to and I want this ban off my record very very upset over this.

I got a 24hour ban out of the blue for absolutely nothing. I swear!!! Even after this ban is up I want it taken off my record out if principal. Wish I could at least still chat with friends. I mean it, I did nothing.

I mean all it takes is some kid to just say I did something and i get a ban?

I mean it, I want this off my record after 24 hours is up.

Only thing I can think is I removed some kid out of a party after our match on pubg. He wasn't very good but none of us said anything. I happened to be the party leader at the time so I removed him. That's all. Even though in the game we gave him ammo and
attachments.

I want this looked into.

For information on why you were suspended, you would need to go to http://enforcement.xbox.com but since it is only a 24 hour suspension, it is not eligible for a case review.

The enforcement team investigates each complaint they receive and will only issue a suspension if they determine you have done something to violate the code of conduct.

 

As stated in your other thread, you would need to go to http://enforcement.xbox.com for information about your suspension. The enforcement team does not use the forums.

 

I went there and can't get any information. My only other avenue is here.

It sounds like you got a 24 hour communication suspension. People often get this when they swear or trash talk over messages (and the message recipient reports them), among other reasons. This could be from a recent conversation or a conversation from months/years
ago. As far as I know, Xbox Enforcement does not disclose the names of the individual(s) that reported you, or the conversation(s) that caused your ban.

If this is indeed a communications suspension, then you can still play multiplayer games online. You just won't be able to talk over the mic or send messages, as your account is globally muted for the suspension's duration.

You can go to the
Xbox Enforcement website to review more details about your suspension, but a case review will likely not be available to submit due to the short ban length. The forums and Xbox/Microsoft customer support will not be able to assist you in this matter.

To avoid the possibility of future suspensions, please review the
Xbox Code of Conduct. If you ever encounter any problems with players, be sure to immediately report, mute, block, and then move on.

 

Do all it takes is some kid just making this up. I didn't send any messages today. No one is going to report someone from days or weeks ago. I'm reporting EVERYBODY from now on.

 

People can report from the past if they choose however it takes time to review these reports as the Enforcement Team are small. So it might have been for something you said a few days /weeks ago that they have just got around to reviewing.

As the system is anonymous to prevent any retaliation you won't know who retorted it or exactly what msg /chat it was.

If you have had messages with foul or offensive language that upsets you then you should report those.

Of course filling false reports against other games may also get you a suspension.

 

don't worry Their little kids they are just going to sit there and Snitch while lieing to Xbox Enforcement. They just want you to be the bad guy so if I were you I would just Report them back for the same reason they reported you get your revenge back make
them Understand the reason why they got a 24 Hour Ban.

I got 1-2 weeks of ban for telling them not to cheat or scream through the mic or even have them tell me what to say. People now and days are just too judgemental over what people say or do Not other then that they are too Stupid to understand the Code of
Conduct for Xbox Live this is why they act like little kids and Cry or say Snitch to Xbox Enforcement with little lies about ohh they feel threatened, or they're cursing too much, or they or other random lies they would come up with. It's 2018 people needs
to understand what the word Snitch means deal with life lol.

 

First off I never sent a message second all I did was remove him from the party AFTER the match and during the match we gave him ammo and attachments and were nice to him. He even said he was bad at the game and we didn't care. In fact I even said don't
worry my friends are probably worse.

Should require proof. I've reported kids before and reported messages they sent.

Should allow me to talk to friends but not randoms for 24.

 

I understand your frustration but unfortunately the enforcement team doesn't monitor the forums. They are the only ones with access to any of the information your topic concerns and their website is the only way to work with them.
