24h communication ban

I was playing a game of rainbow 6 siege and got team killed for trying to give advice, then I sent a harsh message to the player and I'm guessing they reported me for it. Turns out they're a kid so they're account is a child's account and that's why I got
a ban because a child got some curse words... then again that kid is play a game for a mature audience so I'm pretty sure that kid should be able to handle some hate mail, but no I get banned because I send a harsh message to a kid playing a rated M game.
Do you see problem here it's bs. If the kid is allowed to play a rated M game, then I shouldn't be harassed myself for sending some adult words to a kid who is allowed to play a game that's rated M

Enforcement ban not been lifted

i got a 24h communication ban that should have ended at 3:32 pm on the 10th april 2016 (today) and im writing this at 3:49 and it hasnt been lifted

 

Bans

Communication suspensions are temporary,24h hour,7 day or 14 days usually.

Never heard of anyone getting a permanent comms ban.They'll ban your account outright if you have to many comms suspensions.

As Genesis said though,account bans or suspensions are account linked so if you have a 2 weeks comms suspension that would be in place on al platforms.

 

Ok two things

First the rating of the game is a parental advisory meaning only someone above that age can make the purchase it doesn't prevent anyone younger from playing

Also it covers in-game content not online interactions

2 and very important it doesn't matter what the game rating is

You must be rated e for everyone

That is the rules

Since it's a 24hour ban you cannot case review it

 

Why can you not understand that this type of behavior is not acceptable?
