24 month access code

Did you get an all access console ?

Unless you purchase a console with all access payment plan you can't get 24nonths as that's part of the all access

If you paid upfront for your console then they don't come with 24months

Most likely an error on Game's website... it's still down i guess...

The series X is:

• 449£ for the Standalone.
• 695£ in total for the one with 24 months of Game Pass Ultimate (All Access) (28.99£ pr. month of 24 months)

And the series S is:

• 249£ for the Standalone.
• 504£ in total for the one with 24 months of Game Pass Ultimate (All Access) (20.99£ pr. month of 24 months)

So the 24 months of Game Pass Ultimate will cost you around 250£ with All Access.

If it's bought through All Access, you'll get a 24 month subscription. Otherwise, they might just have a trial code which is usually 14 days.

If you don't have the "Included with this console" section and you didn't redeem it during setup, then that usually means your serial number wasn't entered correctly as an All Access console. You'll have to work with either GameStop or the credit company in charge of your All Access to get it corrected.

Too late now, but you also didn't need to cancel your subscription before redeeming the 24 months.
