24 hr comm ban ended days ago, still can't be heard

My previous post was deleted without any indication as to why, so I'm reposting this because it is a colossal ball dropping that NEEDS attention (not only mine, but several other users having the same issue have seen their posts deleted). It's been nearly
a week and no one from Xbox enforcement team has taken a serious effort to correct their mistake and unmute my account.

To bring you up to speed with everything I've done:

Cleared all kinds of caches, reset permissions, unlinked and relinked account, made sure console and controllers were updated, hard resets of all hardware at many points along the way, and most importantly I verified my hardware works (using the same console,
same controller, same headset but DIFFERENT account and I can chat with friends)

I posted on the Xbox enforcement forums where they merely told me to update my controller, essentially brushing off everything I wrote, and then they deleted my post. They have yet to respond again to my second post over made days ago. I've already talked
to general support. This problem requires someone from Xbox that has access to my account to take action. There is nothing wrong with my end and nothing more I can do. I've done everything that half a dozen agents have suggested. This is YOUR problem to fix

If someone is going to sweep this under the rug and delete my post again please explain why

still comm banned but no active bans on account

hey there ive just finished a multiplayer ban a few days ago and a comm ban, the multiplayer ban has lifted but the comm ban hasnt. I checked my account says no active bans. why am I still banned? Thanks

I got comm bans few days ago but 2 days after i got other bans saying that i have abused other people and stuff,but how is this possible since i still had comm bans? 1st u give me comm bans so i cant communicate with other people for 2 weeks and then u
give me account bans so i cant even go to xbox live with my acc and this is also 2 weeks long but ends 2 days after the comm bans (Sry for bad english)

 

It definitely sounds like due to a enforcement action not being correctly removed Since you've narrowed it down to your profile and confirmed its working on different profiles. Enforcement team needs to handle this one imo. Keep posting, do you have a Case
Review Option under your Enforcement history?

 

And by Reset permissions do you mean you've gone to settings, privacy and online safety and selected adult or custom and verified communicate with voice and text was set to everyone?

 

That's correct about the permissions thing. Changed to block comms, hard reset, changed to everyone can hear me, hard reset.

Case review was only available when I had an active ban in place, those 24 hrs, but after that the option disappears
