    Features that were banned: Share Kinect Content , Social Network Sharing , Communications , Communications Friends Only , Broadcast , Share Content

    Description of the Issue: I constantly get messages saying I'm being banned every week it's unreal and I have no idea why I was banned

    If you want any sort of official response for this you need to post it in the correct forum:

    forums.xbox.com/.../2366.aspx     The XBLPET team will look into your ban and tell you exactly why you were banned. You should not post private information on here, especially not your phone number.

    You should get some sort of response as to why your console was banned by a member of the Policy Enforcement Team.

    FYI 24hour bans aren't case reviewable

    Maybe you should start using ignore

    Now if you retailiate by cursing or anything not fitting rated e for everyone you can get punishrd

    Suspensions are not immediate. Once something is reported there is an investigation into it so the ban does not happen the same day someone reports it. a 24 hour ban cannot have a review requested.

    Yes, they can be banned for harrassment. Thought the punishment depends on how severe the enforcement team determines it to be. Suspensions can start at 24 hours and increase to 2 weeks with multiple enfractions, and then a permanent ban after the 2 weeks.
    If the harrassment is severe enough, they will permanently ban them immediately instead of just suspending them.

    If people are following the XBL Terms of Service and Code of Conduct then they would have absolutely nothing to worry about in the way of suspensions or bans. Depending on the offense that was committed many account are permanently
    banned from XBL with no appeal. You can however find out why if you post in the appropriate forum, Support Forum #14. It is moderated so your post will not show immediately and it may take up to 24 hours for a response. The people in that forum are the only
    ones who have access to that information.
