24-Hour Suspension

I was in a party chat with a couple of friends and started using the LFG feature to join a raid group however shortly into looking for a group I received a message from Xbox Live about a notice of enforcement I went to the link it sent and it said I had
a flawless record and then the LFG feature and all other communication features became disabled so I started a Xbox live support chat telling me the ban would be a temporary one day suspension and sent me to the: How Do I? page of the Xbox enforcement page,
after looking into it even though my suspension was technically 28 Hours it was only showing it to be from 10/4/2017, 5:42:53 AM until 10/5/2017, 5:42:53 AM. but the ban started at 1:42:53 AM as shown in my history. I asked both of my friends and neither one
of them said they reported me, I had not played with anyone today or yesterday so the reason I am posting this is because I am pretty upset that out of the blue I just got a "1 Day suspension" for no reason? Like I said I hadn't had any contact with anyone
for the past couple of days and it said I had a flawless record up until this most recent issue. The problem I have is that I work all day so only from about midnight until 7 am do I have free time to relax and chat with friends and it stresses me to come
home and on the weekly reset of destiny not be able to do the raid as communication is key but I also wont be able to do it tomorrow because of the extra four hours on the ban I also won't be able to Skype my friend who live in another state as a result either
and this is very upsetting for me.

24 hour account suspension

As the owner of the account you are ultimately responsible for how the account is used, both good and bad. When XBLPET issues a suspension, it’s not necessarily because you committed a violation, but because the account was used to commit a violation. Even
if you weren’t home or holding the controller when the activity occurred, if a particular Gamertag was used to harass other players or cheated in a game XBLPET has to hold it accountable.

Take this time to reflect on your behavior and read the Code of Conduct.

 

False 24 hour suspension

If you think someone's conduct is not appropriate in online gaming (like team killing etc) just report that person. Retaliating is against the Code of Conduct and subject to enforcement acts.

XBLPET doesn't uses the forums and you can't review a 24 hrs ban

I suggest you to use the time off by reading the Code of Conduct in order to avoid future bans

I was told by xbox live support to use this because they have no way for me to contact the enforcement team and since I cant make an appeal even though it meets both the requirements of being longer than 24 hours and within the last 12 months this causes
a problem.

 

It will be a 24 hour suspension.There's no such thing as a 28 hour suspension,which is why you are not eligible for a case review.

Any report has to be investigated which takes time,your suspension would be for something you did weeks ago or even longer.

Support have given you the wrong info,something they do a lot when it comes to enforcement enquiries.

No one on the forums can help with anything enforcement related other than pointing you to the enforcement site.

You will just have to wait out the suspension.

 

The problem started the 1:42:53 am and wont lift until 5:42:53 am that's 28 hours just for future reference, But I understand that there isn't anything you guys can do aside from the enforcement team do you guys have a suggestion to how I can inquire more
information about the matter or at least be compensated, i am feeling that i have been wronged to go from flawless record to one day suspension and nothing provided such as a chat log or dates of complaints and I can't inquire anyone about the situation.

 

There is no such thing as a 28 hour suspension despite what time that says.

Suspensions are 24 hour,7 or 14 days long.For repeated offences you can also get a 100 day suspension in some cases.

You will not get any more info than you have already been given.

As per the ToU you agreed to the enforcement team are under no obligation to provide specific details.

You are not entitled to any type of compensation either which is also something you agreed to when starting your account.

Any report is thoroughly investigated & like I said,you were most likely suspended for something you said or a message you sent several weeks ago or longer.

All you can do is wait out the suspension i'm afraid.
