    Good Afternoon! As per the xbox live's phone reps suggestion I am posting my issue. I had a 24hr ban on my Xbox live one acct. it was not lifted and I'm having trouble signing in. It says, permanent ban. Please advise my next steps. Thank you in advance

    Banned, Wtf?

    if it was for a 24 hour one it was probably something in your bio like profanity or any other profane words, your bio must be rated E for everyone. I would tell you to post in the suspension forum but they do not respond to 24 hour ones. the ban is lifted
    the same time of day it was placed, so if it was banned at 3:30P on the 7th it will be lifted at 3:30P today. and lastly profanity is NOT allowed in the forums it is against the rules and have a nice day.

    The Enforcement teams don't use the forums at all and they only communicate through a
    Case Review. 24 Hour communications suspensions and Console Suspensions are not reviewable, however you can find more information in these cases through the communication sent
    by the teams to the email address associated with your Xbox Live Gamertag. Remember that all suspensions are only enforced when a breach of the
    Code of Conduct or
    Microsoft Services Agreement has happened.

    Unfortunately since it's a 24 hour suspension all you can do is wait it out. The enforcement team would be the only ones who could lift the suspension and case reviews are the only way to contact them. Since a review would take longer than the length of
    the suspension, they are not eligible for 24 hour suspensions.

    No access to Case Review on long enforcement suspension

    Suspensions usually vary from 24 hours to 2 weeks, after that it would be a permanent ban. So you may want to double check the date (it may be day/month/year instead of month/day/year). If the suspension was given yesterday then it may only be a 24 hour
    ban and will lift today. You can't submit a case review on 24 hour suspensions so that could be another reason why you can't submit a case review.

    Wrongly Suspended

    In order to see if you can get the suspension lifted if the suspension is eligible you would need to sign into your account at enforcement.xbox.com and file for a case review.

    Normally to be eligible the suspension would have to be for longer than around 24 hours.

    Wrongful Suspension (Enforcement team, Please help)

    Thanks guys but because its a 24 hour suspension and the enforcement team needs 24 hours to organise a case review i am not eligible for one. In the mean time tho I still have to be punished because someone else is a troll. I have spoken to a live support
    agent and she told me to come here as it was the only way that communication may be made with the enforcement to lift this suspension.
