24 hour communication ban not lifting

Thank you so much for your help and quick response! Worked perfectly and I can speak with my friends again! I'd already spent like an hour digging my way through other forums with no luck or advice other than "just wait" since I would have no way to contact
Xbox Live Enforcement.

I'll def be more careful with my messaging in the future.

Try removing your account of the Xbox One then doing a power cycle, by holding the power button for 10 seconds till fully shut down. Leave off for 30 seconds, power back on and add your account back on.

Forums and Support, have no access to Enforcements systems, so could not tell you any information on your suspension.

We apologize for the inconvenience this may have caused. I would say to go on the console and check the enforcement history there. Also, try to
remove the profile then
power cycle the console,
Afterwards, add the account back onto the console.

Side Note:
It is very important to make sure you know the primary email/password to the account before removing it from the console.

To check the email being used
with the gamertag, go to Settings > Account > sign-in, security & passkey;
in middle column at the top it will say "show on home"
if it is checked it will rotate from gamertag and email on homepage. If it is not check marked, it will show in this box.
