And enforcement dont look at there messages anyway. They are just a big con money grabbing company. Its shocking when it bans people for sometimes no reason and dont even have a team to talk to.

Shocking from microsoft and they wonder why they losing money

You are responsible for your actions. You agreed to follow the code of conduct when you created your account, thus agreeing to any action that Microsoft/Xbox takes for violating the rules. Don't complain when you get reported. If you can't do the time, don't
do the crime.

Even in the real world, punching back after someone attacks you, can land you in trouble with the authorise.

Unfortunately a case review isn't available on a 24 hour suspension. Whilst Enforcement may have acted on your violation, doesn't mean the other gamer got away with it. They may have committed several violations and the Enforcement team need to investigate
further, before taking action.

No matter how frustrated you get at a gamers behaviour, you should never challenge them, as you leave yourself wide open to Enforcement action. Best advice for futer is to report, mute, block and do not respond.
