24 hour ban

Discus and support 24 hour ban in XBoX on Consoles to solve the problem; And it won't let you start a case review. How is this legal?     And it won't let you start a case review. How is this legal? They ban you for 24 hours with no reason or refund, and won't review it, either.

    Is this eligible for a class action lawsuit? Xbox live is now monitored by people who aren't employed by Microsoft. Censorship at it's finest, and a lack of 1st amendment rights. Use of profanity is not illegal, and I only play games that are meant for adults.
    This is wrong, and possibly illegal.

    24 hour ban

    WIth a 24hour ban it would take longer to submit a case review at https://enforcement.xbox.com , in this instance i would be patient
    and read the reason for the suspension and make sure you are not breaking and more rules.

    Use foul language or threats in the UK and see what happens, you agreed to the terms of use and code of conduct, You have to remember millions of people around the world use these forums and Xbox consoles and Microsoft as to protect everyone.

    As stated by the enforcement team you can't file a case review for a 24 hour ban. Use this time to think on your past behavior and be more careful in the future.

    And enforcement dont look at there messages anyway. They are just a big con money grabbing company. Its shocking when it bans people for sometimes no reason and dont even have a team to talk to.

    You are responsible for your actions. You agreed to follow the code of conduct when you created your account, thus agreeing to any action that Microsoft/Xbox takes for violating the rules. Don't complain when you get reported. If you can't do the time, don't
    do the crime.

    Even in the real world, punching back after someone attacks you, can land you in trouble with the authorise.

    Unfortunately a case review isn't available on a 24 hour suspension. Whilst Enforcement may have acted on your violation, doesn't mean the other gamer got away with it. They may have committed several violations and the Enforcement team need to investigate
    further, before taking action.

    No matter how frustrated you get at a gamers behaviour, you should never challenge them, as you leave yourself wide open to Enforcement action. Best advice for futer is to report, mute, block and do not respond.
