24 Hour ban from early a year ago stopping me from changing my gamer pic!

Hi,

So my account was unfairly suspended for 24 hours in December of last year and now this is impacting on what I can or can't do such as change my picture on Xbox to a one of me? Why this is stopped I have no idea as thats just petty. How long does this last
for?

Seriously, what's wrong with it? I'd at least like an answer from a mod before it's removed and the thread is locked again.

Background story - I got a 24 hour ban from signing in to Xbox live because of this gamer pic.

Lets say it was the OP's custom profile pic that got him/her a 24 hour ban. Enforcement not being specific as to what warranted the 24 hour ban means that the OP is guaranteed to be banned again, unless he/she can figure it out all on there own.

Point is, enforcement should be very specific as to why this or that ban and STOP hanging people without showing the individual the specific evidence that warrented the ban.

We have all read in these very forums where a simple coms ban can lead to a console ban, so if it was a game pic that this OP a 24 hour ban, wouldn't it be disingenious of enforcement NOT to have said. "It was your gamer pic that you banned."??

it doesn't except for joining the insiders program or the ambassadors progtam

Insiders you just wait a full year before you can join or you can't join the ambassadors program as you need to have a clean record

Custom gamer picture is in the public release you don't need to be in the program

Unless you had more recent infractions

I'm not sure for how long you have to wait until you can change your gamer pic after you've had a ban. I cann't find anything on this but I will keep searching for the answer.

you must have been suspended for 24 hours, in that case you can't submit a review. what does it state on the enforcement site, any other bans would show.

as to the gamer picture issue they may have have removed your ability to change gamer pic as you violated the terms.

If your account is at the age of majority (18 in the U.S. for example), if you remove yourself from the family, are you able to change your gamer pic?
