Permanent suspension impact: This account can no longer sign in to Xbox Live from any device.     I received this email message this evening, but I do not know why. I have been playing offline for a couple of days and do not know how I violated MS/Xbox terms or service? if someone could please help me understand this I would be most appreciative....thank

    And it won't let you start a case review. How is this legal? They ban you for 24 hours with no reason or refund, and won't review it, either.

    Is this eligible for a class action lawsuit? Xbox live is now monitored by people who aren't employed by Microsoft. Censorship at it's finest, and a lack of 1st amendment rights. Use of profanity is not illegal, and I only play games that are meant for adults.
    This is wrong, and possibly illegal.

    24 hour ban

    WIth a 24hour ban it would take longer to submit a case review at https://enforcement.xbox.com , in this instance i would be patient
    and read the reason for the suspension and make sure you are not breaking and more rules.

    And enforcement dont look at there messages anyway. They are just a big con money grabbing company. Its shocking when it bans people for sometimes no reason and dont even have a team to talk to.
