    Hey Guys,

forum was down all week, so I could not post.

I have received my PSU on Monday, delivered by local post office (MPL Hungary) at the end.

I have ordered on Tuesday the previous week, got the shipping confirmation the same day. So it took 5 working days, no tracking nr received (the one received from support on chat was useless).

The "from" address was Germany, however there was a note on the package that it should be returned to the Czech Rep. (European Service Center).

So instead of buying a 3rd party PSU (those are extremely loud, and have not the same output Amps and Watts as the original), just order a replacement accessory from the mysevice.xbox.com site.

I hope you all get yours fast and can jump in.

*Edit: sorry this does not answer how you can order one if you are stationed overseas. It might work if you find someone in your town, to who you can get it shipped.

  3. Hello Guys,

Here are my news : I ordered the PSU on 31st of January 2014 and I still did not receive anything and did not get new from Microsoft. I contacted them 5 times, they always told me they raised my problem to another department that would contact within 5 days
but it has been 24 days and nothing.

This morning I contacted them again like every monday and the new is that they want a proof that I paid... They took money on my bank account on 3rd of February and they are asking for a proof of payment (the girl told me via chat). So this girl should send
me a mail to which I should reply to give my proof of payment but I did not receive any email. Microsoft has the *** support I have ever seen. It is such a shame to be incompetent like that.

My advise : Don't buy an Xbox one because if you get an issue with it, it will be a mess for a while.

Is there something wrong with the myservice.xbox.com website? I've been trying to register my device, but it just won't let me input anything to the "region" and "device type" fields on the registration page. I need a UK/EU power brick for the Xbox One as
    well :/

I am thinking about getting a Xbox one from the US. Since i am from the Netherlands is the voltage a problem and i do need a new Eu power brick. I just read through all these pages and did a lot of research. Many mixed reactions so just posting here to get
    everything clear.

First of all, the US console works perfectly fine here in Europe? With the 50/60 hz for the tv? No stuttering or anything?

Second, only if i get the xbox one, can i register it and then buy a replacement right? Seeing a lot of different reactions so i am still not sure if it is the best thing to do. (Importing instead of getting a german one)

    Thanks in advance! Tim

    220v Power Supply

My xbox was bought few days ago on Amazon server, sent to APO AE in Afgh (considered to be US soil, equipped with US brick, up to - 130 V only) . I am from CZECH republic, hope they (Support centre Prague) are willing to provide me a power brick without
"Supported country" contact. It would be crazy, try to send it to Germany - to my friend´s location and waiting for it in Czech republic, 50 km away from support centre 220v Power Supply :D

I am not sure with registration , what address wouldd be used for it...MY home in CZE, or USA -where the xbox was bought, or my friend´s contact in Germany? I wonder if there is any possibility to change it later..I have to be certain of this procedure.)
And there is one more topic - the payment. Can I use my card ( registered , of course, in czech on my name) - in that event - I when the brick has to be send on different name, f.ex. the germany?

    many thx for your reply...

    Hi All,

@Final Rebell: it will work fine in Europe and all parts of the world. The only thing you need to pay attention is that you order the EU power supply. Regarding the 50/60hz issues, most TVs with 50hz in Europe are capable of 60hz as well. The latest issue
    - which was solved with the lates update - was the stuttering when you watch TV though the box, was because TV broadcast in Europe is 50hz. Games can be played in 60hz (even on my 6 year old TV).

Regarding the questions about registering, ordering and paying from a not supported country is possible. I did the same thing. If you buy the power brick (so not replace with warranty) you can buy it with a credit card and ship it to a not supported country
    as well.

I am from Hungary, and bought a replacement on myservice.xbox.com and paid with my hungarian credit card and got is shipped to Hungary. It took about 5 working days after the order/shipping confirmation until the package arrived (via local post). No tracking
nr received in separate email, I asked for one from support but could not track it nor at DHL nor at the local post.

However, I would still advise you to get in touch with support after you pay, so they double-check and give you some proof that it was shipped.

I hope you receive your PSU soon.

(with all these military APO box issues, I really don't understand MS. They said that always online requirement was removed mainly because of the US soldiers accross the world, but they don't seem to care too much about letting them use the console....maybe
this should be highlighted and picked up by someone like MajorNelson, then sg could happen in the future)

@ittvane First thanks a lot for your reply, i refreshed this paga a 100 times since i posted here haha.

Okay so that won't be a problem, great to know that it won't be a issue. Also great news that i can order it from here and get it shipped to NL. I already asked some friends if they would be okay that i send the power supply to them. But that won't be necessary
now. I will contact support after i recieve the Xone.

I read some people who bought the Titanfall bundle and had some problems with the controller/dvddrive ect. So i will ask my father if he could talk to one of the Best Buy employees to test the package he will buy. They offer 450.- dollar for it. With this
exchangerate it costs me 330 euro's which is cheaper then a PS4 here and worth the supply trouble. He leaves the 13th of april and returns the 18th. So if everything goes according to plan i should have the supply the end of april. I will keep everybody posted
    here!

And suck with the APO issue... It still isn't fixed yet? And just add me on xbox, need some more active people! Mainly BF4 and World of tanks these days 220v Power Supply :p

    Cheers mate!

  12. So I just got my TitanFall bundle last week. I am US Military stationed in the UK. It seems now they only way you can get a EU/UK power brick is by mailing the old one in. Thats a problem b/c I will eventually get stationed back in the states. I came from
Germany so lots of my stuff is dual voltage which is great and can save me money from jacking up my electric bill by using a transformer. I talked to online support about getting a power brick b/c the only option online was showing mailing a broken one in.
She told me to call UK support and they would let me buy one directly. So today I did that and he told me that I'd have to mail my US brick in. When I told him thats not really an option he said look at 3rd party vendors( No chance Im going to do that). So
I went to online support again and was told basically to use a transformer. Its frustrating b/c each time I said im military and I have really no control over where I live( not that im complaining) and my situation is different. Yet no help what so ever. They
don't region lock the XBONE yet don't distribute a dual power brick to give you the option to use it around the world.
