@ Hollowman63400 - please keep us updated of your case, I wonder if it can be sent to Slovakia as xb one is not officially available there.

I also try to get a replacment EU PSU shipped instead of broken US through warranty, but it is taking some time now. Support gives opposite instructions after several discussions:

- once they say I should not return, confrim they can replace it for a EU one as I am located in Hungary (xb one is not available in HU officially)

- then the other one says I should return and they are gonna send the instructions in a day where to ship

- don't receive anything so contact them again, then they say again that I don't have to return it and they gonna send the EU one shortly.

Case is at the advocacy team now. Still waiting to see what happens, but good to know that we can order (pay) it as well. Support is totally incompetent.... this is not the first case what proves this....

Fingers crossed for all of you to get a proper PSU very soon!

 

Hey guys. I have went through this same experience and for sure it wasn't easy. Due to the Microsoft website having some issues I was billed twice and two units were shipped to me. I am looking to sell one. If anyone is interested please leave me their email.
I'm not sure how much I will sell it for because I'm not sure how much it costs to ship to all the various countries. I am currently in Germany.

@Ittvane, it is not necessary to call them, I was trying to register my xbox one on the website for a long time, this afternoon I desesperately tried and it worked. After, I could directly order a new one. It is not a replacement I bought new one on the
website that is why I paid 37 euros. If you are not worry about paying 37 euros, do like me and It will work for sure. When you order, they check automatically everything, if the post code is not correct, the website will find it out. I think the website is
using google map to find directly the address (PS : the xbox one is not released in Slovakia)

 

For anyone curious, it appears that my PSUs (ordered one for the 360 as well) came via regular mail (or post, or whatever you call it in your country.) We're in Hannover, Germany and they apparently showed up Saturday (not entirely sure, they were delivered
to my wife's co-workers house as we weren't in our permanent address when we placed the order.) Just thought someone would like to know how they came (as I was curious myself to know if a signature would be required, etc.)

I will try to check in on this thread from time to time to help answer any questions that I may know the answer to that haven't already been answered. In any event, good luck to everyone and I'll see you all on the gaming field.

I have ordered one as well myself. Site was not working too well yesterday night and in the morning, but I managed to complete the order now.

Yesterday they told again a different thing, that the broken one had to be returned, so I got fed up and paid for one to be shipped to Hungary. My brother will then return the broken US and handle it from there.

I also had some chat with support again this morning (when trying to register the console) and tried to get some info about the expected shipping/delivery time. They are saying 2-4 weeks, if it is outside of region they have to forward to the advocacy team
(who are taking their time and are unreachable - by experience). If not, it they are saying 2-3 weeks.

Let's see, what happens now that I have paid, fingers crossed.

I will keep you posted with my case, just that you get a picture of how this process goes, what to expect...

On my side, I got notification that the new supply was sent yesterday, now I am waiting for any package (I don't know which company will deliver the package...) and I am a bit affraid because I asked for delivery at my workplace and if the postman does not
have my phone number, he won't be able to deliver me the package.

Hi, I am still waiting for the new PSU but yesterday I received a 220v to 110v converter with 400W and It's working really well with the US PSU.

So for the moment even without the EU PSU I can play,

I will keep you updated regarding the EU PSU but I was chatting yesterday with xbox assistance and there is a small problem as I did not get the tracking number. Nobody knows the tracking number of the EU PSU so they are "investigating".

 

Yesterday, I also tried to track it somehow, but saw that there is now tracking nr highlighted.

I don't know if anyone else who received a PSU got a tracking nr.

@WalnutWhipper95, if you are still reading this thread, you got your PSU, have you received a tracking nr?

 

@Ittvane, yes the girl from xbox chat told me that I should have received a tracking number there has been a mistake because I received that they are sending me a repaired product instead of a purchase, they should come back to me asap.

 

I also had a chat with support.

They gave me a tracking nr (12 digit tracking nr) and told that the carrier is DHL. However, the DHL system could not find that tracking nr. XBOX support told me that the shipment is with DHL since 2014-02-04, should wait and try checking back later on these
sites.

I'm in Germany and it certainly appears that my PSUs (one for the One and one for the 360) arrived via the post office. I didn't receive a tracking number for either of them. Unfortunately I ordered the wrong PSU for the 360 (we had two and I ordered it
for mine versus my wife's and we brought my wife's to Germany with us) and I had to order a second 360 PSU. It shipped on Tuesday and, once again, no tracking number.

So, in short, don't be concerned you didn't get a tracking number. I haven't received one on any of the three PSUs sent to me.

 

what is the from address on these shipments. UK or Europe.
