21 hours and counting !!

Monday 7/8pm my xbox went down, Its now Wed 5am and it's still not working! I feel your pain all of you, And yes they will be quick enough to take the money of you for a live membership that's because it's a direct debit.... Lol

Anyway..

Sat here waiting for it to come back on is past a joke, What I would like to know is how they plan on stopping this from on going in weeks to come, How they will re ensure us it won't happen again, How they plan on looking after there paying customers that
are not getting what should be there, You wouldn't pay for a mobile phone if it's not working correctly so why do it with a Xbox

Question my self is it worth staying with Xbox or moving onto the Ps4 , Understand there will be problems from time to time, But when you pay for something monthly / Yearly you expect it to work as you want.

 

Already since Monday Xbox live is no longer available. This is a joke and I expect adequate compensation of Xbox Live Gold users by Microsoft. After all, we pay good money for your services. Since we can not yet expect that the system works.

 

The subscription collection service appears to be working perfectly though.

 

Its taken the money a day early just in case I decided enough is enough.

 

Will never go back to Sony it's worse. But this is taking the ***. Still no news as to why or when

 

I've been unable to connect to live since Monday, I went through the steps to get online again and now I can't download my profile back.. Hope this *** gets fixed soon, real waste of money this way

 

I just bought xbox live gold and now i cant even get on the stupid xbox live!

 

im off to the dentist now..if by 7pm tonight I cant access xbox live..im cancelling my direct debit.....don't believe me mr bloody beeps?....watch this space!

 

Ridiculous nearly 48 hours. !!!

 

with me live started going on monday night around 12am didnt think anything about it but after 3 days im pretty *** off and all i can find is the blurb saying check back in half an hour, wish americans knew what proper customer service was

steps. If the issue continues after the following steps, please post a new thread detailing the issue so you can receive support tailored to you.

• Clear the Xbox 360 System Cache three times
  
• Test your Xbox 360 network connection by going to the Settings tab on the Xbox 360 dashboard, select System, select Network Settings, select your network and select 'Test Xbox Live Connection'.
  
• Power off your Xbox 360 and power back on
