21 hours and counting !!

This is getting beyond a joke. 21 hours live is down. No reason given as to why the service is down. No update as to when the service will be up and running. Ive been on xbox 360 since the day it was released. Im not some 12 year old but yet am being treated
like one. Appalling customer service regarding this matter, keeping paying customers in tje dark is disgraceful. But I noticed my live subscription was taken out of my account today quick to ensure that. Hopefully just as quick to issue MS points for this
downtime seeing as there no end in sight. One disgusted customer

Current time NZ Thursday 31 October 7:32 pm. Releases 22 November so 21 days 6 hours 27 minutes according to the timer on my consoles Dashboard. I'm counting ^^

Okay so no daily bonus. It will reset to 1 Again . Just not sure that it is worth the aggravation.

Just wondering if anyone from "Bingo" actually monitors this site or if it's just someplace to vent?

i'm dealing with the same issue as well however it started occurring at 7am when i was playing halo wars with a friend now i do believe in theory that there is either network manipulation involved, tests, or some "adjustments" to players accounts what i'd
do since we're both in the same position is wait about a week and if you have an xbox one just use that until the 360 is working. (reason i bring up the Xbone is because the server and XBL is working good except for the pinned games.)

 

Alas im holding off purchasing xbox one. Was waiting see what bundle available forza 6. If no decent bundle then will wait for star wars. I only play world tanks these days. Lookin less likely I will be buying the one after this crap.

Just disgusted at lack of information pertaining to an obvious SERIOUS problem. Been contacting lots of people around uk and they in same boat. As soon as subscription is up that me done with xbox

My live acct signed me out at 1.30am GMT and is still off,yet the last time Microsoft posted was 9.58am,I think it's disgusting it has been that long without more posts.I will not buy an Xbox one and I think it would be a good idea to compensate people as
we are paying for a service we cannot use at the moment.if this is going to keep happening I will not be renewing my acct and will be saying bye bye Microsoft and hello Sony.All I want to do is watch Netflix

 

i with angel normal if i cant play online for whatever reason i like to play something that is offline like minecraft but oh wait i cant use my save file cause i have no xbox live so it says i have not got the full game when i do

 

As many have said already, their better be a reinbursment due to this issue.it doesnt matter if it hasnt affected everyone, its affected paying customers and im sure there is a legal regulation on taking money without providing a service. At 1st i didnt
mind at midnight of the 17th, 23 hours later is quite the joke. Their better be a fair amount of microsoft points added with the update to compensate the money ive wasted on a subscription ive not had full use of. If it breachs 24 hours without any information

In another chat list I mentioned that over the years of having live I wonder how many hours, days ,weeks , months we have lost due to this kind of thing happening, hours that we loyal customers have paid for and we are not getting. Xbox/Microsoft need to
compensate us for the lost time. I too was looking at the Xbox one but after the last couple of weeks live has been down twice, I am seriously considering switching to play station. May sound petty but I have lost all my rank on zombies because I can't get
on. But they definitely need to compensate us. I think I will wait and see how things pan out over this then make my decission about my next console

 

Its now 1.35 it night heer and am still geting same msg a was geting 24 Hours ago can some on out there tell us what's going on and when we can start playing am not happy one bit don't think am the only one too
