    Hi, I have 21,000 points on my account, the 30th has passed and my points have not been deposited and I have no option to request a deposit.

    The deposit was not made.

    Dear Xbox Rewards Support,

    According to my information, the payment for points should take place around 04.14. To date, the funds have not been received. From 03.19, there are 21,000 points on my account. When can I expect the funds?

    Hello JoE TwEaKn MANE,

    Pending Credits require one deposit cycle to process. A general rule of thumb is Credits pending on the 1st through 15th will be deposited in the end of month deposit. Credits pending on the 16th through the 31st will be deposited in the mid-month deposit
    the following month. Since your Credit events happened on the 5th, they will not be deposited until the end of month deposit cycle.
