[2020] Minecraft Starter Collection ***STILL*** not fulfilling coins

I’ve contacted a lawyer who is reviewing online claims in case Microsoft deletes them.

We have also cancelled a multi year Azure contract.

1. Did you read my post above? In its entirety?

2. Microsoft owns Mojang.

3. I purchased this FROM Microsoft. Not from Mojang.

4. Have you read reviews from many people - in the Microsoft Store and otherwise?

This is now way bigger than "my son didn't get his coins."

Thanks for reaching out to the forums. We see you have issue with Minecraft in game currency. We recommend to reach out to Mojang support. As the in game currency comes from them. If you got all other items from the collection just not Minecoins. Xbox Support
would not be able to add the in game currency to the account.

@Robyn - this is interesting, and could very well be the use case.

It is difficult to know whether all of the bad reviews are from subordinate (child/managed) accounts, but, based on grammar, they could be.

In my case, my son "purchased" it - it was from his (managed) account.

Minecraft is not showing as purchased/owned in my account - only in his.

HOWEVER, the actual order history is showing in my account.

This has been going on far too long - based on complaints and reviews.

Microsoft (Store) sloppiness, poor support, and finger pointing is now a legal issue.

I just now purchased Minecraft for Windows 10 Master Collection for my son. This is to include 1000 mine coins. He sent me the request to purchase the game from his Microsoft Account and I received the request on my Microsoft Account. I allowed purchase,
entered payment information. He was able to download the game. However his Mine Coins are no place to be found. I've searched the internet and this seems to be a common issue. I went to Mojang Support website and this is what it states,

"In many cases, the issue is when parents purchase these items or redeemed a gift card on their own Microsoft account, not knowing that they cannot be transferred to a child’s account later.

In order to track down your purchase, please make sure that you are logged in to the Microsoft account on which you purchased the item or redeemed the card.

If you find that you have redeemed a prepaid card or purchased on the wrong account, you will need to contact our Xbox support team here."

So xbox is responsible according to who you are referring us to. Please provide a solution to this problem.
