2016 Game Completion Challenge

On one of the gaming sites that I frequent, one of my fellow gamers came up with a challenge for us regarding game completions this year. I thought that I'd share it here, with a few tweaks of my own (one of which I'm outright changing because it's specific
to that site):

The goal will be to earn a completion from each of the different games - one for each title. If you are playing at home - you are not locked into a category, so feel free to move things around as the completions come rolling in. Only games completed in 2016
will count (Any time from January 1st through December 31st).

This will be for fun and friendly competition (sorry, I don't see how we could do prizes, though I'm open to suggestions if this gets a following).

Categories:

1) Games With Gold - Complete a game from the Games With Gold Program

2) Leaderboard Chaser - Complete a game within a month of being released

3) Old School XBLA - Complete a 200 point XBLA title

4) Free Achievements - Complete a game with a Title Update that contains achievements

5) Here Is A Little Something Extra - Complete a game with only one DLC pack (containing achievements) - not episodic

6) Shut Up And Take My Money - Complete a game with two or more DLC packs (containing achievements) - not episodic

7) New Gen - Old Backlog - Complete a game on Xbox ONE backwards compatibility

8) Easy 1K - Start and Complete a game with at least 1000 GS in one day

9) Not As Good As The First … - Complete a sequel

10) Backlog Addressed - Complete a game that you started before 2013

11) Toast Master - Complete a game that has more than 50 achievements

12) Short List - Complete a game that has 12 or less achievements

13) Stacker - Complete a game that is a stack (not required to complete on both consoles)

14) Boost Bait - Complete a game with a multiplayer component that contains achievements

15) Exclusive - Complete an Xbox exclusive game

16) Shooter Bro - Complete a game from the SHOOTER genre (1st or 3rd)

17) This Could Take A While - Complete a game from the ROLE PLAYING genre

18) Classic Formula - Complete a game from the PLATFORMER genre

19) Season Completed - Complete a game with Episodic Content

20) I Am So Smart! S-M-R-T! - Complete a game from the PUZZLE genre

21) Developer Debut - Complete a game that is a developer's first release on Xbox

22) Open World - Complete a game from the ACTION/ADVENTURE: SANDBOX genre

23) LEGO Enthusiasts - Complete a LEGO game

24) Shhhh…. - Complete a game from either the STEALTH or SURVIVAL HORROR genre

25) Master Tactician - Complete a game from the STRATEGY genre

26) Fantasy Land - Complete a game with a Fantasy Setting

27) Space Cadet - Complete a game with a Science Fiction Setting

28) Save The World - Complete a game where your goal is to save the planet

29) Collectibles - Complete a game where at least one achievement says "Collect All …"

30) Launch Pad - Complete a game that spawned a sequel

31) Gadget Guru - Complete a game that requires a peripheral

32) Hard Mode Enabled - Complete a game that contains difficulty specific achievements

33) Zombies Beware - Complete a game that contains zombies

34) BEEP BOOP BOP - Complete a game that contains robots

35) Long Live Xbox 360 - Complete a game on Xbox 360

36) The Future is now - Complete a game on Xbox One

37) They did what now?!? - Complete a game on Games for Windows Live

38) Mobile Gamer - Complete a game on Windows Phone

39) Window Dressing - Complete a game on Windows 8 or Windows 10

40) Dealer's Choice - Complete a game

Perfect Score not acheived because challenges completed went negative

Completed all challenges in August but perfect score not posted because challenges complete went negative.

29950 Coins collected in August.

Kindly update Daily Challenges perfect completions in cloud stats for NebulousBasil95.

If you review cloud stats you'll see all challenges have been complete for 2016, but neither silver or gold has been achieved and Bronze reflects only 8 of 12 not 11 of 12. Also, Become a Star is still incomplete even through all 14 Star collections have
been completed.

 

Microsoft Sudoku. Daily challenges.

For 3/9/16, I am able to complete 2 challenges and they both record, but one challenge will not record my completion of it. How do I get it to record my completion? Thank you.

 

i was think & i am not sure if microsoft xbox will agree to it but if a lot of people ask them nicely if they could give a prize to the first 3 people with a XBL Silver or Gold Account that have each achievement challenge completed before the end date if
they would kindly give them $30 in their currency store credit to purchase xbox one or 360 content or 1 mth gold subscription or something along those lines. Hey xbox gamers why not ask it has never hurt anyone before by asking i suppose that's all we could
do i guess.
