2000-5000 Ping on small-large games on Roblox for 5 months with fine internet.

Hello, lately Roblox has been running quite rubbish since May I experience a constant 2000-5000 ping during the day whilst I only get about 100-400 during night hours, I also live in Australia. other games I play such as world of tanks or war thunder I get the average ping of 200 I have also used cmd to ping Roblox and google as I do it shows that Roblox gives frequent packet loss about (50%) 256ms~ compared to google (0%) 23ms~

Things I have done, and failed to fix this issue

-I have reset my network settings

-I have uninstalled Roblox

-I have contacted my ISP

-I have contacted Roblox support

-I have used a VPN

-I have disabled my AV & firewall entirely

-I have attempted to open specific ports for Roblox
About my computer

-My computer is a Laptop

-My computer is connected via ethernet cable

-It is windows 10 build 19043.1165

But this is happening only with Roblox alone?

don't blame roblox as nobody else having the issue, as your ping returns to the low hundreds in the evening then obviously the local network is get heavily used either local internet or your home network during the day. change the DNS on your laptop to the following and try again.

Opening the ports and setting the router as I sent you, this procedure is indicated to fix the instability on the ping.

How odd, you could also look for the model of your router, and it's IP, doing so, you could configure by yourself. Looking for a tutorial on how to do it on your particular router model.

Try this:

Call your internet service provider, and ask them to open the ports described below on your router.

Port 88 (UDP)

Port 3074 (UDP and TCP)

Port 53 (UDP and TCP)

Port 80 (TCP)

Port 500 (UDP)

Port 3544 (UDP)

Port 4500 (UDP)

Also ask to disable and then, enable it again the UPnP function and if you have a modem and a router the process has to be done on both devices.

Besides, ask them to put their PC's IP in the DMZ zone configuration.
