20 working days is up Microsoft, what is going on over there? Where is my controller?

One could probably tell by the tile that I'm bit "annoyed". I'm also feel let down. I called up Microsoft support month, explaining to them that I have problems with my Xbox One controller and that it needs to be replace. They said they'll send me a Day
One replacement controller. I printed out the free UPS shipping label they provided me with and I sent off my controller on the 28th of October. I checked my tracking number and I could see that my controller arrived on the 3rd of November and shipping was
complete. Since then I have been waiting for the controller. After the first 2 weeks I started calling support and they said I should just wait and call back when the 20 working days is up but I should probably receive it by then.. Well I haven't.

So let me ask this question, how long does it take for a factory to spew out a brand spanking new controller? And as an existing customer that has had gold for the past almost 9 years and bought hundreds of games and whatnot for his Xbox am I not more important
than a "potential" new customer. In my book I should be. Instead of sending controllers out in bulk to thousands of stores, send my one back.

Here are the reasons why I'm so frustrated! I pay for a service that I cannot use, that is Xbox Live gold. I could not turn on my Xbox since it wants me to update it. I missed out on the Crew Beta, I missed out on the Evolve Alpha, I got my Day One consoled
in 2013 November and I missed out on the one year anniversary free game (I know it was only free for 2 days) Sunset Overdrive. Not all have I missed out on all those betas alphas and demos etc.. But I wasn't able to buy and play CoD Advanced Warfare when
it launched. I buy CoD every year and I was looking forward to play it with my friends and I'm nearly a month behind now. I'm also a Halo player so I was going to buy Halo MCC and play that but guess what I couldn't because Microsoft has failed to send me
my controller back. I played Halo 3 on the day it came out in 2007 it's there in my profile, I played Hao 2 and all halos. I could not buy or play GTA V either... I couldn't play any of my games at all on my Xbox One.

I get a funny email this morning from Microsoft Support, (I didn't email them).

"Dear Indians,

Please reply back to this email with your full address so we can start and investigation or our side regarding your controller. Thank you very much!

After reading this, I had to ask myself. Do you even English Blanka???
I don't want to send ping pong emails I want this sorted out asap. I couldn't even download this month free games.. I'm not only expecting my controller but some kind of compensation for the terrible service making me wait this long and miss out on many
deals, games and gold time! This is downright unacceptable! I don't care who's fault it was it sure as hell wasn't mine and I don't want to hear about it. Apology won't cut it, since I phoned in so many times and I wrote on the forums and emailed support.

Xbox360 DLC License Transfer

20+ Days in, multiple phone calls and NOTHING!!

Just empty promises and "another 10 days", seriously do MS have any control over the DLC.

So MS has lost my money, I bought a PS3 and the DLC is working perfectly offline.

Wife's happy, my Wirless 3G bill isn't going to go up due to being online all the time.

Thanks for nothing Microsoft.

What is going on Microsoft?

Oh, I understand your issue now. Sorry for the confusion. Unfortunately, I've never encountered that issue myself in regards to an email not associated with a Microsoft account. I'll continue to research and see if I can find anything related to the condition
you describe. In the meantime perhaps someone else can shed some light on the situation.

Sorry to hear that you're having issues with this. I would recommend replying to that email providing the information requested or call phone support to get more answers on when the controller will be returned.

Those are your only options for this.

I have the Xbox 1 day 1 console with Kinect, and the controller to that is still working fine. I have over 20 Xbox 1 games, but granted I still play a lot more on Xbox 360.

Regarding the Elite controller, yes it's expensive. And customers should be getting better performance out of it if they're not. Under Australian and New Zealand consumer protection legislation, people over here will get a minimum 12 months warranty. Yes
Microsoft provides only what 90 days warranty, but our legal rights over here say otherwise.

Same here my day one edition feels terrible in comparison to the xbox 360 controller. The controller has got progressively worse over the months. I think that it is unacceptable to have to pay to return a faulty product and then have to wait 20 days for
a replacement.

I am going to purchase a new controller from Amazon in the hope that the quality has improved if not it is all going back for a refund.
