$20 MS point code for digital purchase.

Though I prefer to own a physical copy of my games, I purchased the digital version of NBA2k14 on XboxOne to take advantage of an offer on my dashboard. If I remember correctly the deal was a $20 code for digital purchases over $50 (excluding DLC).
I recently received a code for only $5. Customer support was unable to help and directed me here. Is there a way to rectify this situation?

XBox Rewards

The Xbox live rewards program is awesome! I get 20 ms points a month (minimum), with an extra event every month to boost that. Payout is after 100 points, but it doesn't take long if you do other things (marketplace purchases, using specific apps). There is a bonus added now for those with high achievements that make marketplace purchases cheaper (or at least ms points back on every purchase). I would strongly recommend joining up, even if I can't get referrals! LOL

4200 Ms points card £39.99

so you can by 2100 ms points for £15 or 2400 for £20 lol and you can buy two 2100 for £30 or pay £40 for the same amout of points.

I wonder what genius worked the prices out for these lol
