Solution is to change your location to UK or USA depending on where you live. You should try both, worked for me.

This is on fortnite and call of duty mw. Sometimes nothing even happens when i put in MW.

I too sent my x-box in for repair and had problems at first. But for a better understanding, you need screenshots or at least a description of the problem so you can get help.
