    Well, the "SUPER HELPFUL" (If I could finger quote as hard as I'm intending to in real life, my digits would snap and tear off of my hands) forum "HELPERS" keep making dismissive excuses and unreasonable attempts to calm customers down, so I expect this
    to get blown off as well.

    I'm 20 days into an XBL outage on my 360 Slim. I don't have $90 to get it fixed (which, according to the chat-monkeys, is the ultimate solution to the update breaking my Xbox), so I'm basically not getting another one. If there is a class-action lawsuit,
    please send me a message, so that I may participate.

    I'm just sick, physically sick, from looking at all of these posts where other users are trying to use the products they purchased to access content they've already paid for, who are being extorted for what I can only imagine is recompense for not buying
    an Xbox One. Don't ask me for an error code. I've already posted that in 2 or 3 other complaint posts. Don't attempt to console (for those not native to the English language, console means "to comfort", in addition to meaning a video-game box) me, since some
    company forum troll always tries to derail complaints as they pop up, a-la whack-a-mole.

    I'm just done with this. I liked my console and I enjoyed the service for as long as I've had them, but a company breaking their own product refusing to fix it is operating on the lowest level of consumer interest as I can imagine.

    Every 20-30 minutes, I lose my connection to XBL. It has no problem signing in again right away but this is starting to get irritating. It's only been happening the last 2 days and nothing has changed on my wireless network. Can anyone help me out?

    I am having the same exact issue with no resolution from support for over 20 plus days.

    I've gone through all the posts that I could find but did not see an error code posted. If you post that we can help. The last 4 digits of a code do not help if we can't see the rest.

    I did see that you tried taking the hard drive out and then put it back in. However, have you considered the possibility that the issue may be caused by the hard drive? Can you try removing the drive entirely and either using another one or, if you are
    using a Slim or E model console, installing the update to the internal flash drive?

    We need more details but:

    Use a computer. Log in to Xbox Live using a Microsoft Live Account. Press Profile. Set your birthday and Press Accept. Log in on the Xbox. Worked for me. I was stuck on spinning circle when trying to create the Live Account via the Xbox.
