    on my rewards it says I'm VIP 3£20 away from VIP 4 but I've spent £54.99 on DR4, over £70 on smite & over £50 on MWR? Why hasn't any of that money gone onto my rewards to move me up VIP 4?

    3 Star to 4 Star VIP issue.

    In early November, it came to my attention that I was only $96 away from becoming a VIP 4 Star. Over the course of the month, I have spent over $180 on eligible content (more so with ineligible) and have been waiting patiently for my VIP Star to go from
    3 to 4. My account has finally updated, but instead of saying VIP 4, it tells me that I'm "Only $14 away from being a 4 Star VIP!"

    Does VIP only update one purchase at a time? How much longer will I have to wait to be a 4 Star? Did the Black Friday deals not count? What's going on?

    Any information would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

    Support will double check, but keep in mind that preorders and in-game consumables do not count towards VIP.

    Hi The Cloud Beast. Smwutches is correct. Since your latest spend was on consumables, those do not get calculated into MyVIP progress. Dead Rising 4 was pre-ordered, so it also does not qualify for MyVIP, however it did go towards the Games on Demand punchcard
    and Credits were awarded for that purchase.

    same here mate, spent over £200 which got me to to 4 star vip, now i got nothing for my £200 and it has now put me back to 3star vip with 0% of the way completed
