I bought two of the 10,000 Microsoft reward credits in early May. It finally said they were deposited on the 30th, but my Microsoft account still don't have them deposited.

20,500 Microsoft Reward Credits were 'deposited' on May 30th but are still missing.

Firstly, I used 1,000 VIP gems to get TWO of the 10,000 Microsoft reward credits for 500 gems each, on May 5th.

They didn't get deposited on the 15th, so I waited until the 30th. They are shown as deposited but are not in my Microsoft rewards account.

20,500 credits total.

You can see a complete history of your Credit and deposit events from the MyStatement on the MyRewards page. You can then use the dates listed for your deposits to see their deposit as currency from your commerce page at (Sign in to your Microsoft account),
where they will be listed as a refund with a negative amount.

The credits are scheduled to be deposited on the 29th. Credits are deposited by the following 15th or 30th of the month after you have at least 5,000 pending. So if you get to 5,000 between the 1st and 15th, they are deposited by the 30th. If you get to
5,000 between the 15th and 30th, they are deposited by the 15th of the next month.

Rewards credits are deposited into your Microsoft account balance as currency by the following 15th or 30th of the month after you have at least 5,000 pending. Once they're deposited into your account, you would choose your Microsoft account balance as your
payment option to make purchases.

For help with the Rewards program, it's best to post in the Xbox Rewards Questions support forum. There was no deposit scheduled for the 30th. The last deposit for October took place around the 26th I believe. Keep in mind that credits are scheduled for
deposit based on when you get to 5,000 pending credits. If you get to 5,000 credits between the 1st and 15th, they are deposited by the 30th. If you get to 5,000 between the 15th and 30th, they are deposited by the 15th of the next month.

The rewards program is not run by Microsoft which is why regular Xbox support is unable to assist.
