2 xboxes sharing game pass ultimate at the same time

Game Pass Ultimate can be shared at the sime time on 2 devices (2 Xbox, 2 PCs, one of each). So for 3 devices playing at the same time, you'd need a second Game Pass Ultimate Account.

Game Pass Ultimate also includes Xbox Live Gold. So if you would have 2 Game Pass Ultimate to play on 3 devices (or even 4) at the same time, you would need only one Xbox Live Gold subscription on the account that will play on the device that will not be connected to Game Pass Ultimate.

Yeah it already is and he was playing trailmakers in his room. I came home and went on Far Cry New Dawn and it kept kicking me out of his xbox.

I then signed my profile out of his xbox and he wasn't able to play trailmakers.

Double check that it definitely says that console is your Home. After that, try holding the power button down until the console turns off, unplug the console, then plug it back in and turn it on.

If it's set as your Home, he shouldn't need your account signed in to play at all.

On game pass ultimate both accounts need to have the game pass since there isn't any game sharing on pc, I came across the same issue but it fixed itself when both myself and partner got Xbox game pass ultimate at the same time.
