2 xboxes, access one account

As long as he is using the same account, everything he has on it should carry over to any console he signs into. If it's not showing up, it sounds like everything was redeemed on another account on his console.

Thanks for posting how you have it set right now. Xbox #2 you will need to set account #1 as home. Then account #2 will be able to access this content on that console. On Xbox #1, account #1 will be able to access all the content, but account #2 will not
be able to on Xbox #1. So best way to make this work is whoever plays on account #2 will play on Xbox #2 and whoever uses account #1 will play on Xbox #1.

You have 2 console 3 account

Account 1 (with subscription)
Account 2
Account 3

Console A
Console B

Account 1 that owns the subscription will classify console B as the primary one from that all accounts on console B will have access to the subscription

which means that account 2 or 3 on console B will have xbox live and all

in return Account 1 will be the only one able to use the xbox live on console A

If you want account 2 and 3 to play together, you will need one of the two subscribers

if i have 2 accounts under one subscription, how do i access the other account on xbox.com?

Just an update, we EVENTUALLY regained access to the account by giving the old serial number of his xbox and going through the escalation team on 2 more occasion. Suffice to say he could not access his profile for around 2 weeks of the school holiday.

Not very impressed with this one little bit.
