2 xboxes 5 accounts?!

Is your account the one that you’re using to share your games and/or your game pass subscription?

If your answer is affirmative, I’m afraid to say that in order to share game pass games with all your 4 children’s account on the other Xbox console, it’s required that you get a Game Pass subscription only on one of those accounts.

Once one of the child accounts is subscribed to game pass, you can enable home Xbox for that account.
That way, your kids will enjoy the game pass library on both Xbox.

It is important to note that Home Xbox can be enabled only for one account and one console.

You can only share games on one Xbox, so choose which Xbox you want the kids to play on, and set that Xbox as the Home Xbox using your Xbox account. Once you have done that, any one can log in on that console and play the games that you own or games that are on any subscription (Game Pass, EA Play, Game Pass Core) you might be subscribed to.

To be able to have one child playing on one console and another child on the other. You have to have one of the children playing on the Xbox that you have deemed the Home console, and the other child on the Xbox that is not, but having your account logged in, as well as your child's account. Making sure it is your child's account that is playing the game, and not yours.

Are the 5 years of not signing in to xbox and 2 years of nit signing in to Microsoft related or separated? Also what happens if the account is signed in but has no activity for 5 or 2 years?

Jes i've done about 5 on xbox and 2 on microsoft account

xbox accounts are closed if not used for 2 years and microsoft accounts are closed after 5 years if not used. fully closed. it's in the terms.
