2 Xbox1 controllers wont work, need help.

Neither of these help but do you think it might be something to do with the console, it probably isn't because no lights come up on the controllers.

"...no lights come up on the controllers"? Even if the Xbox is not plugged in, with good batteries, when you press and hold the Xbox button on the controller it should start flashing as it ties to connect to the Xbox. Then it will either stay on if it connects,
or it will stop flashing and go off if it can't. At this point it seems we need to do some major testing to isolate and confirm what's really going on here. If you can, I would recommend taking both the controllers to a friend's who also has an Xbox One to
see if they work OK with no problems. If you don't know anyone close by, then see if you can test the controllers at a store in the area that sales Xboxes. If you live near by a
Microsoft Store they would be happy to help. But, by now you will probably see where this is going. Because, if the controllers connect and work with other Xboxes then we know
the problem is most likely with your Xbox. So, before you check "Xbox warranty information" or "Getting
your Xbox console or Kinect sensor serviced", make sure your Xbox is
up-to-date. If so, then the last thing I would suggest is doing "How to reset your console to factory defaults on Xbox One" to see if that will
rectify the issue.

Xbox One controller to your console" and "Xbox One Wireless Controller disconnects or can't connect" . Let us know if you continue to have
issues connecting the controller to your Xbox.

That's what I was leaning towards. I know the Kingston HyperX Cloud 2 headset. supposedly remedied the mic issues. However, it's controls were built into the USB3 soundcard which doesn't work with the XBOX1 controller so the biggest improvement on them
was actually the most detrimental thing to using them on an XBOX1. Hopefully they can sell just a spare Cloud 2 mic. Or at least point me in the direction of one I can Frankenstein into it

I have a BUSH 42/333ART3D TV. I have Sky+HD connected to the TV, all controlled by my Xbox1. However the Xbox1 can't turn my TV. Volume up, down, mute & unmute all work OK. Toggle is set under Device power options. I brought the Xbox1 on the premise that
it would control my TV. Otherwise I would have got a PS4. Firmware is up to date for my TV. Kinect works OK. I can see the flashing lights with my phone. What more can I do. Xbox1 needs a patch for this. Also the OneGuide set up takes a long time to get my
TV to mute, 17 times to send the mute command to the Xbox1. Sometimes it works, getting me down. Please post a fix
