Discus and support 2 Xbox in XBoX on Consoles to solve the problem; Hi, I've bought Minecraft on my own Xbox (which is our Home Xbox), but then my son can't play it on his Xbox unless I'm also logged in? What is wrong?... Discussion in 'XBoX on Consoles' started by TyxxxDurden, Jan 18, 2019.

Hey Mush - you mention that the console was updated but not to the same update as the one released recently. Can you clarify a bit on that? Is there a reason why you are not updating to the current update?

Well they did "fix" a colour issue, which might have something to do with resolution but I have no idea.

You can have one account and keep recovering it on each console everytime you wish to play, so it will travel between the two, but it can only be on the one console at a time.

Hello dear Gamer, first it's a pleasure to be able to help you today.

    My name is Vinicius.

I am a gamer and independent advisor on the XBOX community platform.

Hey MikeHollandMR, how are you today? Hope you're well.

You see, in the case of Fornite, you don't need any type of subscription to be able to play since the game is free.

As for the accounts, you do create a new account for your son indeed, or is it using your account?

Check your family settings as well to see if your sons account is added there.

But I must say if you have different accounts, I mean, you have yours, and your son his, that issue shouldn't happen, because you're not using the same account to play.

Definitely use USB sticks. Account recovery is frought with problems, and only meant to be a "last ditch" effort. It's not something to use constantly. There is a cloud saving option that has been announced, don't know when it's coming, but that should be
    a good option too.
