2 Xbox with the same email logged in

Hello,

I had a Xbox One that I gave to my brother who went working in the UK (we are French). I'm about to buy the Xbox One S for my own home (France) and I'd like know, once I'll have bought it, will I be able to log in with my Microsoft e-mail that is also currently
logged in on my brother's Xbox One ?

I mean, on the Xbox One that I gave to my brother I had registered my own e-mail and bought games with this one so my brother kept the account to play with games I bought.

On the Xbox One S I'll buy will I be able to log in with the same e-mail to get back games I bought without sending issues to my brother ? Because I know games' saves are saved in the Xbox. So on my new Xbox One S I'll should be able to play with the games
I bought and starting games from the beginning without deleting my brother's achievements ?

If I can't, is there something similar of my goal ? I know Xbox Live Gold exists but it's made for families living in the same house that my brother and me don't.

Did you have an email with EA? coudk have automatically logged you in and all. Check emails they sent me a confirmation emailClick to expand... i guess if i was logged into battle log. i checked my email but didnt get anything

Impossible to change my brother's Xbox Live account Region..

Also, when he clicks on the button in the right corner of this site, to access your Xbox profile, there is something strange. It shows that he's logged in to his account, but under the "logout" button, there is another instance. That shows he's logged in
with the same email (his outlook/xbox email), but now with the avatar of his outlook.com/microsoft account. So basically it shows like he's logged in with the same adres, but as two separete services or something. Or is this because he's logged in somewhere
else with his account, like his computer or mobile phone? Just seems strange.

It will not be possible to log into the same Xbox profile (i.e. Microsoft account) on both Xbox Ones at the same time.

If one console (yours) is signed in, and the other console (your brother's) attempts to sign in with the same profile (at the same time), the first console will be immediately logged out so the second console can play.

Games (especially digital download licenses), save files, achievement progress, and other downloaded content are linked to the account they were purchased/created on. You and your brother will need to work out an arrangement, or ultimately just have him
simply create his own Xbox profile.

Thank you for the response.

My account is not "lost". I can log into it on Xbox live and on the forum. (i posted this question from "account 2". I however cannot log into it on the Microsoft page, because it logs me into account 1, using account 2's email.
If I use email 1 or 2 on Microsoft page, it logs me into account 1.
account 1 email logs me into account 1 on xbox
account 2 email logs me into account 2 on xbox
I don't want account 2. but i want to use email 2 for account 1. for everything.
Email 2 is not listed as an alias on account 1. but that's the email my verification code goes to from account 1 and 2.
Anytime I use a code for account 1 or 2 it just logs me into account 1 on Microsoft.
Even while on this forum for account 2, I click "my Microsoft account" and it take me to account 1.

Yes. The microsoft store is logged into the same email that has the subscription active, The same email I am logged into on the xbox app, and the same one I have used to play Xbox gamepass games on in the past.

I have logged into the xbox app with the same email. It has the same email up in the corner, and it still comes up with the option to launch it with xbox gamepass. It just says the same thing.

It says that phone calls and chat do not apply for my lind of issue, and the solutions they present include logging in to the mail, thing I can’t do because everytime I try to log-in to said account it tells me that it’s going to send an email to some back-up accounts that have been created by the hacker, so I can’t log in. Maybe I can contact the xbox support telling them I hace another type of problem and then revealing what is really happening to me?
