2 xbox ones

I have two xbox one consoles both have my main account the one linked to xbl. but on the one upstairs has another account. I cant seem to stay logged in to the one upstairs with the other account and play a game I tells me do I own the software. so I get
logged out downstairs if I'm playing another game in with my account at the same time. how do I get round this TIA

hi,

we have 2 xbox in the house and can play destiny just fine together in a party. We then both got advanced warfare and couldnt get into a game together. We can accept an invite from each other, but as soon as we look for a game, it throws one of us out of
the lobby. If we look for a game individually and find ourselves in the same lobby, it works fine.

We thought it was an issue with Advanced warfare, but we got Assassin's creed unity and Assassin's creed 4 black flag, and we have issues with both of them as well. Black flags has the same issue as Advanced warfare, but Unity has an issue that when inviting
the other player, it tells us that it was unable to join session.

We don't have issues accepting invites from other friends outside the house. We both checked our NAT in the settings, and both is OPEN. We also tried port forwarding and port triggering but it didn't change a thing. Oh and we also tried having one console
wired and the other wireless as well as both wired.

 

2 xbox ones ?

I am sure you could do this with the 360 also with digital games... it came with 2 licensees as well... I think one was for your name/account and the other was for the console itself but was not transferable with a "home console".. I am sure someone here
can clarify

You can only sign into to one Xbox One or one Xbox 360 console at a time. If you try to sign in on a second console, you'll be asked whether you want to sign out from the first console. If you respond yes, your account will be immediately signed out of the
first Xbox One console.

You can be signed into to one Xbox One console and one Xbox 360 console at the same time. There are some apps that you can't use on different consoles at the same time. For example, Groove Music can only be used on one console at a time.

thanks for that but my problem isn't that. I have one xbox 1 with account A and xbox 2 has account A and B on xbox 2 I cant stay logged on to account B keeps logging out or tells me the error above about owning the software
