    Ahh right ...

Sorry mate not heard of this internet provider!

To be honest I'm not the greatest person to ask about online issues lol, only know what I've picked up from others but I'd say playing on 2 wireless connections could cause issues, I've seen others mention issues before.

I guess the advice I would give, just call your broadband provider, make sure there's no issues anywhere. If all ok, maybe buy just one cable then see how it goes playing with 1 wired and 1 wireless connection.

Hopefully others will be able to give some other advice as well but I wouldn't know what else to suggest other than what I have.

Good luck and keep us posted on how you get on.

People need to also know how your network is set up....do you have a modem or Gateway from your ISP, do you also connect trough a router? Too many Variables.

We have a wireless modem/router supplied by the isp. It's a Movistar home station. I will see if I can get my hands on an Ethernet cable so that I can try one wired and the other wireless

    OP,

I would disable UPnP and enable the ports required for Xbox One.

Xbox Live requires the following ports to be open:

    •Port 88 (UDP)

    •Port 3074 (UDP and TCP)

    •Port 53 (UDP and TCP)

    •Port 80 (TCP)

    •Port 500 (UDP)

    •Port 3544 (UDP)

    •Port 4500 (UDP)

I have enabled upnp that was how we got COD to work. I just tried one xbox wired and one wireless and that didn't work. I don't think you can forward ports to 2 seperate xbox ex on the same network

No you can't, Port forwarding is for single xbox, you can try port triggering, or put one xbox in your DMZ and forward ports to other. Or buy a router...put modem in BRIDGE mode, and let the router handle your network. Buy a router that is known to handle
    multiple Xbox at same time.

Thanks, I'll give it a shot. It is just strange that one game works perfectly and none of my others do.

    @ Scotty,

I had a chat today with my sons mate, he's with Virgin Media here in the UK and in the past he did have similar issues to you. He could play Forza 5 with his brother running off the same modem but they couldn't play Battlefield 4 together, well they could
after several tries but they couldn't go into the same party together whilst playing.

They were both wireless as well.

They did solve it by phoning Virgin Media, not sure exactly what they did other than open certain ports.

I know this doesn't really help you other than at least it's not just you it has happened/happens to and it should be solvable!

    Good luck again.

Thanks for all the help so far. I'm going to try adding a router to see if that works. The only other thing I can think of is that we are trying to get this to work via home sharing i.e. My wife uses my home console and gold subscription and we only have
one copy of the game. I don't think this is the problem as we can play the same game at the same time we just can't play together

That's not the problem. I have two Xbox ones and my entire library of games is shared to my other console where my kids and wife play. 2 Digital copies of every game and they all work fine at the same time. I only have issues when xbox live has service interuptions.
Before you go out and buy a router you should call your ISP and see if they can troubleshoot your problem. You said Party Chat had the issues if I'm not mistaken??? Does Game chat work for the games when playing together? If you give me the make and model
of your ISP supplied modem I can try investigating further when I have time.

Another suggestion would be to go to the manufacturer of the Modem website, see if they have a forum and see if someone there has similar issues. I am by no means a network specialist. I know how my network works because I frequent my own network equipment
    forums and educate myself.

I can confirm its definitely modem related. Today I connected one xbox to my iPhone's network and the other one through the modem as usual and we could play all the games that previously didn't work. It's hard for me to call the isp because we just moved
to Spain and I don't really speak Spanish. The modem is a ZTE H108N branded as a Movistar home station I'll see if they have a forum to investigate further.

Some routers just don't like to share lol, they will only let one xbox use the ports they need and that can cause problems with multiple consoles. There are some really good Asus and Netgear routers that will give you zero problems.
