    So I have 2 xboxs on the same network and we always seem to be lagging. If we are playing coop on Borderlands or Halo, doesn't seem to matter. I've tried playing with the UPnP and port forwarding to IP addresses.

    I have Comcast internet, but have my own modem/router. It's a Motorola MG7700.

    Any help would be appreciated

    I kind of tried it, but didn't seem to help. I did forwards for one xbox with the static IP of the xbox, but didn't seem to solve it. I may not have done it correctly, or didn't do enough. Not my strong suite.
