2 Xbox One's on same network

Me and my brother both have an Xbox one and play on the same network (router). We can get it so both NAT types are Open, however if this is successful it makes gaming unbearably laggy and eventually kicks one of us, if not both. My router does not allow
for port range triggering, and the UpnP does not seem to work on it. I understand the theory of how to port forward however that clearly wont fix is as both consoles must connect through the same port for XBL, therefore I need a router with decent UpnP and
that should solve it. Can anyone recommended routers for multiple consoles online at the same time?

    :)

  2. My xbox one can't connect to ANY video game servers

Well you can't have the same MAC address as any other device on the same network. This works the same as how you can't have 2 devices that try to connect using the same IP adress.

You can easily change your Xbox One's MAC adress from the network settings if this is the case

2 Xbox One's in the same house

    Hi

I have just received an XBox One X and I have moved my Xbox One (Original) into another room in the house for my children to use

I've since discovered that I cannot login to both at the same time so I was wondering what's the best way to manage this, given they're only 5 years old they don't have email addresses or Microsoft accounts etc, I just want them to be able to play things
like Goat Simulator/Super Lucky's Tale etc.

I don't really want to buy another Xbox Live membership either so any advice would be appreciated!

    Thanks

It definitely is your router, but it could also be your internet connection. I'm in the UK and I have fibre-optic which is super fast broadband. Running three laptops, an XB1, PS4, Wii U, Xbox 360 and three tablets off it and we manage just fine.

I would recommend changing internet providers, look for the ones that have the best speed and can allow multiple connections such as a heavy user. Also, every so often run a speed test on your internet to check your upload and download speeds - speedtest.net

Good luck 2 Xbox One's on same network :)
