2 Xbox ones, 2 profiles...but a few problems

I have a primary and secondary account. While attempting to use both, I have the secondary account on "My Home" Xbox because from what I understand, it will have access to the backlog and Xbox Live Gold from my primary account and then I have my primary
one playing on the other console with Cloud saves functioning perfectly fine. My issues are:

- it seems like the secondary account doesn't have full access to every game in my backlog.

- Despite my primary account being signed out and doing everything I can to make sure my primary account doesn't sign in on My Home Xbox, it will randomly force its way to sign in, thus kicking me offline on the other Xbox.

and the biggest issue...

-While playing on the secondary console, my primary profile will NOT unlock achievements at all nor track any progress (where tracked), and these aren't the delayed type we are all familiar with. The save will transition back and forth perfectly fine so
particular achievements will pop when I go back to the main unit - I just have to sometimes do a trivial task to get it to pop. But those achievements with quotas or circumstantial ones will not at all - I will have to do them in their entirety; so for example
if a game has "Play 10 matches online" and I was already at 10% when I went to my other console, it will stay at 10% the entire time no matter how many games I play and when I transition that save back to my main console it and my profile will continue to be
oblivious to that. I will have to do it all over again for it to count.

Forza 3 issue

We have been playing forza 3 for the past few days with no problems but yesterday we tried the game and 2 profiles were able to load the game and play tracks with no problems but then our other 2 profiles were not even able to start a race or do anything,

There is a scratch on the disc that we think was caused by the xbox as it is circular round the whole disk.

Please advise,

@ Sword Style he would have to go to setting and purposely set your console as his home. If he did that then yes anything he downloads will be available to you on your console.

Let's see what we can figure out for you. First thing we're going to tackle is the second account/games access. Double check that the Xbox Live account matches your current physical location and, if necessary,
migrate the account to match. If the regions don't match, games sometimes be unavailable as region mismatch can cause all sorts of issues. If that doesn't do the trick, try reaching out to
our phone/chat support teams to see if they can dig into your accounts and help you out.

Now, as far as the achievement issues go, that's an odd situation. Have you noticed this in a particular game or is it all of them? Does the issue happen on your secondary account if you flex between the consoles?
