2 xbox live accounts one xbox can't hear each other.

I only have 2 XBOX One consoles. The XBOX Live account is associated with my account which I use for parental controls on my two sons accounts. They each use their own separate account to play on their own XBOX One console.

- 2 XBOX One consoles

- my admin account with XBOX Live subscription

- my two sons have their own accounts they use to play on each of their XBOX One Consoles.

Each Xbox Live account must be attached to a separate Microsoft account. They can't fall under the same one.

Thanks. How would I know what routers support multiple consoles?

Though the live account is tied to different email accounts, the billing account for both is the same so not sure if that might effect things.

If Wireless, are you using a white or black external adapter, or an internal (Xbox 360S) adapter? 1 box is internal wireless, the other is cable to the router

Things you have tried: Having only 1 controller connected and no one else logged in, restarting xboxs, logging out and back in.

Is UPnP Enabled? Yes

Do you have a NAT error? If so, what is your NAT type? No errors occur, it simply logs the other live account out.

Any Error Codes you encounter: none, user on other xbox is logged out.

So it looks like your router, the
Netgear WGR614, unfortunately does not support multiple consoles.

In that case, I would suggest looking into getting a new router if you are wanting to run multiple consoles.
