2 xbox consoles in same house, but digital game not playing on both

Hi,

I'm starting to pull my hair out and there's not a lot left anyway!!!!

have two xbox in house; xbox one and one S.

Previously i've purchased Live, Fifa, etc from the One S and had this linked to the xbox one (setting up profiles on both consoles and setting 'home', etc).

I've then purchased a new game but bought it through the profile set up on xbox one (older console) and using a different email address (card payment, etc still same on both accounts).

but when i go to play the same game on One S; it's asking for payment.

if i log into microsoft and view both accounts/profiles.... can see the mistake - needed to do this on the other console but whats the solution now?

so you have profile 1 & profile 2 and Xbox A & Xbox B

profile 1 plays on Xbox A and sets Xbox B as Home

profile 2 plays on Xbox B and sets Xbox A as Home

this should allow both profiles to share all digital games and subscriptions as long as they play on the Xbox that
isn't set as their home

i've downloaded the xbox app on phone and searched console. able to find both consoles (which logged S out - much to the annoyance of son) but didn't understand next line of start the section you want to use.

Can someone supply a contact for tech support (email address).

here's the problem

xbox one has outlook.com email profile (secondary email address)

xbox S has gmail email profile (primary email address)

One profile bought game and downloaded this, able to play on One console and also S console; but doesn't connect to Live (asking for payment). Does have access to Live account under different games though (on One console)

S profile can't play the game on S console but does have access to Live account (able to play other games)

Both profile have the same bank payment details (and gmail address as contact).

so either need to have game refunded and removed from One console, then re-buy for S console (previously bought fifa via digital and installed on S console and One profile able to play on One console)

or reverse the permission rights and let both profiles have complete authorisation on both consoles....

i've tried all the guidance provided... re-set up Home on both profiles, etc......helpppppppp

start a session from the xbox app on a smartphone, then search for "console" and search for those linked to your Wi-Fi network and start the section you want to use, in case you should not contact technical support

already tried that..... have removed and re-entered the profiles, setting the home option as well

but still doesn't work and wants payment

also Live doesn't seem to work when the Xbox One profile logs onto the Xbox S console

Sign in on the S with the account from the One and set that console as that account's Home console. Then you can share it with the account you use on the S.
